Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how invenho.org handles the limited information we collect while you use the site. We read the page like you do — short, specific, no legalese padding.

Information We Collect

We collect two types of information. The first is anonymous browsing data — your approximate location, device type, and which pages you visit. This comes from standard server logs and analytics tools. We use it to improve how the site reads on different devices and which sections owners find most useful.

The second type is data you submit voluntarily through the contact form. That includes your name, email address, and the text of your message. We receive this so we can respond to your question. We do not sell or trade this information.

Cookies

This site uses two categories of cookies. Essential cookies remember your cookie-banner choice and your FAQ expand-state so you do not see the banner every page load. Analytics cookies, if you accept them, provide aggregated visitor counts and page-view patterns. You can decline non-essential cookies on the banner.

Your browser lets you clear cookies or block them entirely. Doing so may affect how the FAQ accordion and cookie banner behave, but it will not prevent you from reading the site.

Third-Party Links

Product cards link to Amazon listings. When you click a product, you leave this site and enter Amazon's environment, which has its own privacy policy and cookie practices. We do not track what you do on Amazon, and Amazon does not send us back individual customer information.

Social-media icons in the footer link to external platforms. Those platforms collect their own data on you once you visit. Review their respective privacy policies for specifics.

Data Security

The site runs over HTTPS. The contact form transmits your submission through an encrypted channel. We store contact-form submissions in a locked inbox accessible only to the customer-care team in Millersburg, Ohio. We do not keep contact-form data longer than 24 months unless you continue an active conversation with us.

Children

This website is written for adult pet owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent who believes a child submitted information through the contact form, reach out and we will delete the record.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in how we handle data. Material updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after the effective date indicates you accept the updated policy.
